The rankings, lists, scores, and any other output produced by TickersRank — including the Personal Ranking tool — are generated by automated algorithms using third‑party market data. They are opinions of a computer program, not advice from a licensed financial professional. You are solely responsible for your own trading and investment decisions.

2. No warranty; data may be wrong or delayed

The service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranty of any kind, express or implied. Market data may be inaccurate, incomplete, delayed, or unavailable. Rankings can be wrong. Watchlists you submit are ranked using the same public algorithm as the site.
Submissions are stored and displayed on a public board visible to other visitors. Do not submit anything you consider private or confidential.
Do not impersonate others or submit unlawful, abusive, or infringing content. We may remove content or limit access at our discretion.
Usage is rate‑limited. We may change, limit, or discontinue the tool at any time.
